Where We Ship:
When ordering an item from Emerald Baby, we can ship to any address in the United States and Canada. Shipping rates can be found in the chart listed below.
How/When We Ship:
When you place an order, your shipping date will be determined based on availability and in-stock items. Products in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days. If any product ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by email and given further options.
Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes, however, some restrictions may apply.
About Your Shipment:
- Shipping includes all boxing, packing materials and handling. Where indicated, FREE gift wrapping is also included.
- You will be notified via email of the status of your order and you will given a tracking number as soon as one is made available.
- Order tracking will be available through your Emerald Baby account login.
